Jacquie is dedicated to helping people find their true purpose in life, using career support and recruitment as her primary tools. She encourages individuals to live from a place of vision, possibility and passion, and to be bold and explorative in their career pathways. Her approach is holistic, integrating transformational body-mind development tools to help people become the very best version of themselves.

With a caring and intuitive approach, Jacquie loves seeing people embrace constant growth. She believes that success happens, when our deepest needs are considered.  She helps people achieve this growth through relationships built on trust and authenticity.

Outside of work, Jacquie treasures her rich family life, enjoying the outdoors as much as possible, describing herself as an “animal freak.” Her colleagues describe her as creative, a natural relationship builder, insightful and always willing to go the extra mile. Jacquie thrives when there is a sense of purpose, pace and creativity, which she has found while working at Worklife.

After running her own recruitment company, Plum Consulting, with Emma Norris, becoming an owner at Worklife has been one of her career highlights. Being locally owned and able to tailor solutions to clients' needs, Worklife allows Jacquie to work with clients in a creative and explorative way.

In addition Jacquie supports and coaches individuals going through career and life transitions, helping them align their career with their life purpose.
