Whether you want to take the next step in your career, or fill an important role on your team, Kurt appreciates the quality of relationship you have with your recruiter is critical. Like his Worklife colleagues he offers insight, seasoned judgement, and a commitment to working in partnership. Honesty and being willing to challenge, says Kurt, also form part of the relationship equation; even when it’s hard, it’s important that nothing is left unsaid.
Playing tennis, competitive football, and being with family all compete for Kurt’s time outside of work. He also admits to having a bit of a habit of buying a lot of tennis racquets, although he’s recently started toying with the idea that perhaps it’s not the racquet that’s to blame for the quality of his game – ouch! A strong sense of community also needs to be factored in – Kurt recently led a project to install an astroturf pitch at his children’s local primary school.
Jumping on his Vespa to travel to work everyday is a pleasure for Kurt. Not only can he bring his wealth of experience as a recruitment and management consultant to the table to help join the dots for organisations and talented candidates, he also gets to work as part of a supportive team with colleagues he’s proud to call friends.
