He rōpū whakahaere whai uara a Worklife. Worklife is a values-based organisation.
He mārama, he pūmau hoki ā mātou whakawhitinga kōrero, ā, ka whakaute i te tangata ka tika.
We put people at the heart of our work, and form trusted relationships with both candidates and clients. We walk alongside people and take the time to listen to them to truly understand their needs, enabling us to make the perfect match for candidates and clients. We are not afraid of tough problems or giving advice that is hard to hear. We are always transparent and consistent with our communications and treat people with the respect they deserve.
Te whakawhaake i te kaha o te hononga i waenga i te Māori me te Karauna i roto i te Ratonga Tūmatanui
We recognise that as an All-of-Government Panel Provider of Recruitment Services, we have a responsibility to support the public sector to build its Māori Crown capability. Public Service Leaders are required under the Public Service Act 2020 to build and maintain knowledge of te reo me ona tikanga Maori so that public servants are better able to engage with Māori perspectives. At Worklife, we are building our own capability in this area, with a view to continuing to support the growth of the Māori Crown capability through our services to public sector agencies.

Our ‘Waste management and emissions reduction policy’ is about Worklife achieving a zero-waste target through reducing, reusing, and recycling. We are also an impact investor in the Sustainable Business Network supporting systemic regeneration of Aotearoa and reduction of business consumption and waste. We continue to upskill and adapt as we learn more about being better citizens, including looking at the circular economy.
